VNCA Consulting chose Altopi to develop and implement its CSR roadmap
For the past 10 years, VNCA Consulting has been a consulting firm dedicated to Finance & Risk departments in the Banking & Insurance sector.
The company wanted to modernize its offerings, reinforce its core values, and meet client demand, which naturally led them to implement a CSR strategy. VNCA Consulting turned to ALTOPI for our industry expertise to kickstart their CSR initiative and create an effective, high-impact action plan.

Altopi conducted a CSR assessment for VNCA Consulting. As part of this project, we:

- Analyzed the industry sector
- Developed a materiality matrix and stakeholder mapping
- Defined a CSR roadmap featuring 10 priority actions to implement
- Configured and provided a website to centralize VNCA's CSR efforts
