October 2026: EcoVadis has confirmed our Platinum medal. Our overall score has risen to 91/100, placing us in the 99th percentile of companies evaluated—the top 1%. We support SMEs and mid-sized companies in their EcoVadis journey, so it only made sense for us to go through the same evaluation ourselves and show you the results, including our weak points.

An EcoVadis Platinum medal with a score of 91/100

The Platinum medal is the highest distinction from EcoVadis, awarded to the top 1% of companies evaluated. Our assessment covers the entity FWD GREEN SAS (Altopi), classified by EcoVadis in the "XS" category. It was published on October 19, 2026, and is valid until October 19, 2027.

The score is broken down by theme:

  • Environment: 90/100 Labor & Human Rights: 91/100 Ethics: 94/100 Sustainable Procurement: Not scored (N/A)

Our EcoVadis rating year by year

Our trajectory is clear at a glance:

  • 2023: 72/100 2024: 82/100 2025: Not evaluated (we did not submit a questionnaire that year) 2026: 91/100

That’s 19 points higher than in 2023 and 9 points higher than in 2024. On the EcoVadis comparison chart, the average for companies in our sector is around 66/100 in 2026. We are therefore about 25 points above the average.

One point worth noting: returning to the evaluation after a year without a questionnaire did not hinder our progress. A structured CSR approach is something you live year-round, not just during the month you submit your evidence.

What our EcoVadis scorecard highlights

‍

Environment: 90/100

Our environmental policies and measures scored 100/100. EcoVadis noted our policies on energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, our waste policy, quantitative targets for both, and a policy review mechanism. In terms of actions: energy efficiency, renewable energy, team awareness, waste sorting and recycling, paper consumption reduction, and lower transport-related emissions. This is the foundation of our business: a carbon footprint only makes sense if it leads to a quantified action plan.

‍

Labor & Human Rights: 91/100

Policies and reporting scored 100/100. Our policies cover health and safety, training and career management, working conditions, and the prevention of discrimination and harassment, with quantitative targets for most of these areas. Our measures scored 75/100: health and safety emergency plans, training, equal opportunity, remote work and flexible hours, family programs, and health coverage.

‍

Ethics: 94/100

This is our strongest theme. Policies and measures scored 100/100: anti-corruption policy, information security policy, employee signatures on our ethics policy, sanctions for violations, whistleblower procedures for stakeholders, and awareness training.

What these three themes show is that EcoVadis doesn't rate intentions. It rates formalized policies, quantified objectives, real actions, and tracked indicators. This is exactly what we detail in our article on how to decode an EcoVadis scorecard.

‍

Our room for improvement

A 91/100 isn't a 100/100, and the scorecard clearly shows where we can pick up more points:

  • Certifications: 0/100 across all three themes. EcoVadis notes the lack of proof for ISO 14001/EMAS certification (medium priority), ISO 37001 and ISO 27001 (medium priority), and ISO 45001 (low priority). Environmental reporting: 50/100. Our energy and greenhouse gas indicators are recognized, but waste reporting is missing. Social measures: 75/100. There is still room for improvement in the actions we've implemented. Social objectives. We are missing a quantitative goal regarding working conditions. 360° Watch: 75/100 for each theme. EcoVadis identified only one public article about us (November 2024), which had a neutral impact, and they provided no recommendations.

For an SME, ISO certifications are a significant investment. This finding is useful for our clients: an excellent score is possible without certification, provided you are beyond reproach in all other areas.

‍

Why we share our scorecard

Because we ask for the same transparency from our clients. An EcoVadis medal is earned document by document, and only the scorecard shows what was actually evaluated. We recommend reading it as an action plan: every point for improvement is a concrete project.
