The AFD GROUP chose Altopi to develop and implement its CSR roadmap
The AFD Group has specialized in water damage management for 30 years. As a national player, the group offers a comprehensive solution ranging from leak detection to drying, decontamination, and restoration.
Committed to the belief that businesses have a role to play in the ecological transition, the AFD Group's management wanted to implement a genuine CSR policy. To structure and develop its CSR strategy, the AFD Group turned to Altopi to identify areas for improvement and define a concrete action plan.
The AFD Group wanted a tool to measure, track, and communicate its commitment to its stakeholders.
As part of the CSR assessment conducted for the AFD Group, Altopi carried out the following:
- A materiality matrix
- A sustainable procurement study
- An ethical code of conduct and compliance
- An analysis of key initiatives already in place
- Definition of a roadmap to limit social and environmental impacts
- A precise roadmap of CSR actions to implement
- The creation of a CSR team to roll out the sustainable development strategy
