Today, monoculture and intensive farming:
❌ Lead to massive biodiversity loss: deforestation, soil destruction
❌ Have still not eradicated world hunger
❌ Deplete natural resources
❌ Account for 1/4 of all human-caused greenhouse gas emissions.
Crop diversification is a solution that challenges the current agricultural production system, which is no longer sustainable.
Diversifying crops meansincreasing the number of plants grown on agricultural land. This can take several forms:
1. Crop rotation 🌽: the regular succession of different crops on the same plot according to a predefined cycle.
2. Agroforestry 🌳: Growing trees within cultivated plots and livestock areas.
3. Service crops 🌱: Plants grown alongside the main crop.
4. Intercropping 🥬: Several plant species grown simultaneously.
5. Varietal mixtures: Several varieties of the same species grown simultaneously.
Crop diversification can help to:
✅ Save the soil
✅ Increase crop yields and land productivity (+14%)
✅ Prevent nutritional deficiencies
✅ Improve water quality (+50%)
✅ Boost associated biodiversity (+24%)

Companies are a reflection of society and can unfortunately be places where violence and discrimination occur. June, also known as Pride Month 🏳️🌈, is dedicated to fighting discrimination and violence while advocating for the rights of LGBTQIA+ individuals.
As a company, you can show your support for the LGBTQIA+ cause and help your employees thrive in an inclusive workplace.
To help you get started, we’ve put together 5 actions you can implement to show your support for LGBTQIA+ individuals:
- Review your company’s non-discrimination and anti-harassment policy and share or reiterate it.
- Designate a point person to provide support when needed.
- Organize an awareness workshop to help people understand the issues and struggles faced by the LGBTQIA+ community (bring in an expert, prepare a presentation, screen a film, etc.).
- Talk about diversity and Pride Month in your internal newsletter (or other communication channels): mention your city’s Pride march, upcoming events, and raise awareness about LGBTQIA+ diversity and inclusion to show the company’s support.
- Support an organization like SOS Homophobie, for example.

To keep our rapidly growing team connected, we organized a team day in the beautiful Marais district!
We kicked off the day with a delicious, fresh, and seasonal meal at Mary Céleste!
A charity scavenger hunt that let us discover local social initiatives and see this beautiful neighborhood in a whole new light.
After working up an appetite on the scavenger hunt, we headed to the Port Bastille waterfront for some well-deserved drinks!
