IDF Evénements is a high-end event agency specializing in corporate events.
IDF Evénements designs turnkey events in Paris, Bordeaux and Cannes, in exceptional venues. For example, IDF Evénements takes care to limit the environmental impact of the events it organizes by offering its clients solutions to reduce the carbon footprint of the events they want, by using local suppliers as much as possible, by equipping itself with electric vehicles, and so on.
Client
To showcase all the environmental, social and ethical actions it has put in place, IDF Evénements called on Altopi to obtain EcoVadis certification.
As part of the support towards EcoVadis certification, Altopi in particular:
- Produced a CSR Report
- Completed the employee guide, including instructions on recycling, print management, good practices for saving energy, prevention of musculoskeletal disorders, and more
- Produced an employee training plan
- Set up anti-discrimination, anti-corruption and GDPR training
- Produced a Responsible Event Guide
- Set up waste sorting
- Wrote an ethics code
- Produced an action plan to improve IDF Evénements' CSR approach
IDF Evénements has been awarded the EcoVadis Platinum medal 🏆
To go further and continuously improve its sustainability approach, Altopi produced a CSR action plan for IDF Evénements.
