Altopi supported Frenchsys on three complementary areas:
Overall, Altopi helped Frenchsys measure its carbon issues, structure and document its CSR approach more effectively for EcoVadis, and then complement that approach with diversity awareness training.
Carrying out a thematic review - Altopi held discussions on social topics, purchasing and the environment, followed by work to clarify the environmental and ethical objectives. These discussions made it possible to distinguish the practices already in place, the evidence to gather and the elements still to be formalized.
Building and processing the evidence for the file - Collection was organized in a shared Notion workspace. The documents marked as processed by Altopi cover in particular:
Supporting formalization and management The work covered a CSR indicators file, the definition of quantitative and qualitative objectives, and the validations required before submission. For the environment, Altopi helped clarify objectives consistent with the carbon footprint and with the real room for maneuver of a company based in a coworking space, with a focus on travel and digital usage.
Altopi offered FrenchSys an online training course dedicated to diversity, inclusion and equity. The MOOC covered several essential dimensions:
Thanks to its digital format, the training could be followed independently and adapted to participants' professional constraints. Two FrenchSys managers completed the course and received their training certificates.

The documented result is a carbon footprint covering all three scopes and the delivery of a deliverable, providing an environmental working basis and feeding into the EcoVadis approach.
These documents provide documentary evidence of training on diversity, inclusion and equity. However, they are not enough to establish the total number of people trained, the completion rate or the change in knowledge.
