
Structuring a robust and reusable EcoVadis response for Cegos

Cegos is an international leader in professional continuing education, currently celebrating its 100th anniversary. The group has approximately 1,200 employees, with headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux and 13 entities spread across Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Cegos offers a catalog of about 1,000 training courses, with an average duration of 2 days.
Regarding CSR, the team is led by Katia and Tania (in collaboration with the quality team), with CSR having been integrated into the strategy since 2021.
The initial need regarding EcoVadis was clear:
The major challenge was organizational: since the assessment is conducted at the group level, we had to manage international entities with different scopes, practices, and regulations. For example, priority topics could vary significantly from one country to another.
