All our facilitators are CSR experts and are accredited by The Climate Fresk. We only facilitate professional groups and know how to adapt our work to the rules and customs specific to your company.
For large-scale events, in addition to our internal team, we can mobilize and coordinate external facilitators to run multiple workshops simultaneously.
Our rates are adjusted based on the number of workshops, as well as the location or format (in-person or remote)
The Climate Fresco is a 3-hour workshop, divided into groups of up to 7 participants. Based on data from IPCC reports, the Climate Fresco helps participants understand the cause-and-effect relationships behind climate change. The game format sparks curiosity by offering stimulating and original learning situations, far removed from traditional training formats.
Raising awareness among your employees is also a way to showcase your company's CSR commitment. They will understand, get involved, and support your company's CSR initiatives once they grasp the associated climate issues.
The collective nature of the game is an opportunity for participants to get to know each other better and build team cohesion in a friendly atmosphere. This approach fosters the development of intellectual skills such as teamwork, creativity, free expression, autonomy, and adaptability.
The goal is to connect the 42 cards based on the IPCC report. Building the Fresco highlights the causes and consequences of climate change. The facilitator guides and corrects, but it is the collective reflection of the participants that builds the fresco.
The group identifies and draws links between the cards. This step reveals the complexity of the cause-and-effect relationships responsible for climate change. The group then personalizes their Climate Fresk.
A review of the Fresk, addressing any questions from the group, discussing the insights gained, and exploring individual and collective solutions that can be implemented within the company.
